I loved your conversation with Kat. I could so relate with what you shared about your identity crisis coming out of the Navy. Mine wasn’t a story of over two decades in a progressive career path, but even after 7–8 years, having no clear job title (mixed with becoming a mum) was pretty disorientating identity-wise. We’re just not being educated for this stuff, at least not in school!
